Of the Armorial Bearings of
The Honourable Philip Siu Lun Lee, C.M., O.M.
Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba
The Governor General, as Head of the Canadian heraldic Authority offers a gift of a personal grant of armorial bearings to each new Lieutenant Governor shortly after taking office.
These arms emanating from the Canadian Crown serve as a permanent mark of identity to honour the service of each Lieutenant Governor to their fellow citizens through their vice-regal activities.
All Armorial Bearings are granted by the Chief Herald of Canada and are entered in the public register of arms, flags and badges of Canada.
