Youth Programs

Lieutenant Governor's Youth Experience Program – Certificates of Achievement. Awarded annually in recognition of dedication and effort by high school students registered in the program who strived to improve grades and develop skills to a level of significant personal achievement. Established as a mainly urban job experience program by The Honourable W. Yvon Dumont in 1997; mandate refocused and school participation broadened to province-wide reach by The Honourable Peter M. Liba in 2000.
